His passenger, 36-year-old Jaimie Nelke, was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where she died of her injuries on Monday.\u201cDriver schedules that push commercial truck drivers past their limits are not just dangerous, they are illegal,\u201d said trucking lawyer Bradley Pratt. \u201cThe Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations require companies and truck drivers to limit their driving hours for safety and to avoid fatigue.
