He was pronounced dead on the scene.\u201cDriver schedules that push commercial truck drivers past their limits are not just dangerous, they are illegal.\u201d Said trucking lawyer Bradley Pratt. \u201cThe Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations require companies and truck drivers to limit their driving hours for safety and to avoid fatigue. The regulations also strictly require flares or cones along with hazard lights when trucks are stopped in the roadway in the dark to warn other drivers of the dangerous hazard.
