With several years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation, Christopher “Christy” Lambden is known for successfully representing accident victims. He brings tenacity, diligence, and a keen strategic approach to his role as an attorney. Christy is proud to have earned the trust of many Atlanta citizens who found their lives shattered due to someone else’s negligence.
His legal acumen and genuine concern for his clients’ well-being and community involvement make him a dependable and reputable advocate for clients’ rights. As a lawyer, Christy takes great satisfaction in “the joy and peace of mind that can be brought to a client from a successful outcome, and helping our clients seek and obtain justice.”
Christy focuses his practice on several areas of complex personal injury law. These include motor vehicle accidents (cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses), catastrophic claims (traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury), premises liability/slip-and-fall, and wrongful death. He also chairs class-action lawsuits and other cases that contain many moving parts and require careful attention and strategy.
His successes in law have not gone unnoticed. In 2023, Christy received the “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” honor from the National Trial Lawyers. Only the best attorneys earn such recognition, as it denotes the highest level of influence, professionalism, reputation and stature in their communities.
A native of Oxford, UK, Christy grew up in Somerset in South West England. His inspiration for becoming an attorney came when he moved to the U.S. for college studies. “I wanted to fight for those who couldn’t fight for themselves,” Christy explains. “After seeing institutional failure to protect female students at my undergraduate, I decided that I wanted a career as a lawyer where I could fight to help people get justice.”
At Bayuk Pratt, Christy works hard to craft unique legal strategies for each client’s individual case. He believes in the power of legal advocacy to positively impact the lives of those he serves. Christy is committed to excellence and getting positive outcomes for the accident victims he serves. “I love the culture of our firm,” he says, “and learning from an outstanding team with a track record of success at the highest levels of the legal industry.”
Christy is highly involved in law-related matters outside of Bayuk Pratt, too. He serves as an adjunct professor and mock trial coach at Emory Law School (his alma mater). In addition, Christy is a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and a mock trial coach at North Atlanta High School. He also spent three months as a volunteer for the Daktari Bush School & Wildlife Orphanage in South Africa.
In his free time, Christy enjoys the theater, walking his dog, cooking, baking, and watching college sports.
