On July 27, 2024 there was a major fire reported on the roof of a five-story multifamily apartment building in West Midtown Atlanta.  The fire occurred at Bell Collier Village.  Residents of the apartment complex have not had access to their homes since, and many have lost all of their personal property and belongings.
